Our Wonderful Parks

The Township of Somerset offers two parks where visitors can relax and enjoy the scenery.

McCourtie Park

McCourtie Park covers over 42 acres of greenery and hosts a rich history with unique features. Several concrete bridges cross over Goose Creek, showcasing beautiful artistry that is sure to amaze visitors. Stop by the Sports Complex, where guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including an 18-hole disc golf course. McCourtie Park is located at the corner of US-12 and S. Jackson Road and is open every day from dawn till dusk.

Jerome Community Park

Jerome Community Park lies near a century-old schoolhouse. It is quiet and evokes a simpler time, nestled in the small community of Jerome. The schoolhouse has been transformed into a beautiful venue space, available to rent for your next celebration.
