Somerset Township Library is a small independent public library that has been in existence for over 50 years. Somerset Township Library serves the residents of Somerset Township along with residents of surrounding areas such as Mirror Lake and Moscow Township.  Along with magazines and books to borrow; there are audio books available on CD’s. All Materials Borrowed must be returned here, we do not inter-loan with other libraries. When using the Drop Box - Please place returned items in a clean plastic bag before placing them in the box. Any damages to a book, CD or magazine (a minimum $5.00 charge per damaged item),  will be passed on to the signature on the card. 

Although Somerset Township Library receives no federal or state funding, the book selection is updated by purchasing best sellers each month. Funds received through fines, donations and book sales are used for purchasing children. youth and adult books. 

Book donations-hardback, paperback, and audio CD's - are accepted and appreciated during open hours of the library.

 Copyright Dates Should Be 2010 -> 2018. 

We are not accepting encyclopedias, damaged/soiled or mildewed books. 


Available for public use is a computer with a Black & White Air Printer (15 cents/page).

Fax Services ( $1.00/page).

Free Wi-Fi service for patrons.    

Notary Services ~Are Not Available Until May
