Park Rental:

Rental of a park pavilion is defined as the exclusive use of the pavilion only. Parks are open to all residents during hours of operation.

Resident rates:

Up to 12 Hours…......…$175.00

Up to 24 Hours…,,,..…$225.00

Non Resident rates:

Up to 12 Hours…......…$250.00

Up to 24 Hours…......…$300.00
Money Making Projects (businesses, etc.).......$275.00
Longer Periods
Rental rates for extended periods or recurring dates may be negotiated and must be approved by the Township Board.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for all rentals is $75.00 in addition to the rental fees. The security deposit will be returned the Friday following a board meeting after the reservation date if there are no damages or special cleaning which must be done.
Funeral Activities
There will be no charge for funeral luncheons or dinners.
Liquor Policy
Liquor in consideration of a fee or donation requires a State Liquor License.
Cancellation Policy
The full use fee will be refunded if cancellation of reservation occurs at least 15 days prior to the reservation date. When reservations are made less than 15 days prior to the reservation date, fees may not be refunded except upon approval of the Township Board. Cancellations must be made in writing.

*Single Room Rates:

(no food/kitchen use)

One 4 Hour period as below…......$ 20.00

M-F: 8am-12noon/1-5pm/6-10pm

St/Sn: 8am-12noon only
